Validate Certificate Authority Account Connection

/v1/certificateauthorities/:certificateAuthority/accounts/connection/validation

Validate connection can be established to Certificate Authority. If present, return back any available CA data that can facilitate the proper work with that CA. No credentials are needed. Currently supported only for ACME certificateAuthority. A VSatellite instance specified by edgeInstanceId will retrieve CA data from directoryUrl.
